Who We Are

We are Evan and Emily Wilkins, and we both grew up in Lincoln, Illinois. Evan started his concrete experience during high school, where he worked for his parent’s business, a local concrete contractor. He then joined the U.S. Marine Corps and lived in California for several years. After getting out of the marines, Evan moved back here to Central Illinois and started a career in law enforcement (hence the name Five-O). When Evan moved back to Illinois he met Emily while she was finishing her Bachelor’s in Nursing. Fast-forward to 2021; we have decided to start our own concrete business. We are a small veteran-owned operation focusing on decorative concrete and curbing. If you are looking to have concrete stamped, sealed, or even your existing concrete stamped we are the people for the job.
